Critic Review:
This movie was really good. There were many amazing things about it. On the other side, there was some flaws. The story line was beyond awesome. Also, the message behind this film was pretty great too. Although it was a black and white movie, surprisingly it still caught my attention. The many changes that the families managed to get through just amazed me. Seeing some emotional moments, like Homer losing his hands, just shocked me. To see many people adjust to crazy changes makes me so happy. There was happy moments, like when the veterans finally got to see their families again. Or when Homer got married to his fiancee. But there were sad moments too. They had to adapt to family and relationship changes, and also had to find new jobs because their positions had to be filled when they left for war. I usually don’t enjoy black and white movies, but this movie was very good.
